Workshops will help reduce anxiety

NEWTON — A four week anti-anxiety seminar will begin on Wednesday, Dec. 2, to be offered by Deborah Drumm, APN of Advanced Behavioral Counseling of Northern NJ and Deb McCarren, LPC, of Change Your Life Counseling, both located at 93 Main St., in Newton. The workshops will include meditation and relaxation techniques and a better understanding of anxiety symptoms and triggers. Participants will make their own essential oil aromatherapy inhalers, personally designed for their needs. More workshops are planned for the new year. The cost of the workshop is $200 and can be submitted to insurance for reimbursement. Newton Memorial Hospital employees will receive a professional discount.
