Voting for Wayne Yahm will give Sussex County the experience of a man who has participated in every aspect of law enforcement — from corrections facilities, narcotics units, gang crime units and crime scene investigation units. Wayne Yahm is a Certified Public Manager. This is so important for a Sheriff who will have to meet the administrative and budgetary needs of his office and the county - eliminating waste while streamlining services. Criminals should be made to pay for their crimes - not you the taxpayer. Wayne Yahm wants to implement this. The Office of Internet Crimes should be established - Wayne Yahm wants to implement this. The D.A.R.E and Gang Resistance Educational Programs should be expanded in our schools. Unfortunately, gang activity is on the rise in our school systems. When a horrible crime is committed in Sussex County, the local police departments have to go outside of the county and pay for a CSI Unit to come in and investigate. Wayne Yahm wants to establish a Sussex County CSI Unit saving the taxpayers many dollars. With Wayne’s law enforcement and managerial experience these programs can become a reality for Sussex County.
