Unusual fundraiser: motorcycle raffle

Vernon — The Vernon Police Athletic League (PAL) and Mountain Creek have joined forces for a unique PAL fundraiser. They’re selling chances to win a custom-designed motorcycle: the Orange County Chopper Mountain Creek Motorcycle. The motorcycle is currently on display in the window of the Diablo shop in the Cobblestone Village at Mountain Creek. Raffle tickets are $20 and can be purchased through Mountain Creek’s Website www.mountaincreek.com or at the PAL building located at 25 Church Street in Vernon. The drawing will be held on March 14, 2010.
