Three programs encouraged recycling, reusing and reducing for a healthier planet

Sussex County Frankford Township and Sussex County Clean Communities recently sponsored three programs at the Sussex County fairgrounds at the New Jersey State Fair. Mr. R. E. Cycle performed his magic show about recycling, reusing and reducing, and Diana Dove sang about the animals and their environments, at programs funded by Frankford Township Clean Communities. Eco Dave Street's show, "The Habits That Save Habitats," was sponsored by Sussex County Clean Communities. The three programs were part of 8th Annual Children's Day offered by Norwescap's Child and Family Resource Services. Norwescap is a non-profit community action agency, established in 1965, that creates opportunities for over 30,000 low-income people in northwest New Jersey by providing a large portfolio of self-sufficiency and emergency services. "Fighting Poverty. Creating Opportunities. Changing Lives," is its motto.
