Teen Arts Festival at SCCC

Newton — The annual Sussex County Teen Arts Festival will be held on the campus of Sussex County Community College on Tuesday, March 16, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. An evening reception on Wednesday, March 17, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. will be open to the public. The event, to be held in the Performing Arts Center, will highlight the visual art exhibit and performances by students of music, dance, poetry, and videos. The annual festival highlights the talents of 7th through 12th graders from Sussex County schools. The festival will feature creative writing, dance, instrumental, theatre, video, visual art, vocal, workshops, stop ‘n go art stations and critique sessions held in different locations across the campus.
