Sept. 8 John F. Dugan, 25, of Hamburg, was sentenced to four years state prison with 18 months without parole, $1,205 in fines and a two-year loss of driver’s license. He pled guilty on July 13 to the third-degree crime of distribution of a controlled dangerous substance in a drug free school zone. He admitted that on November 20, 2008 in Newton he sold three bags of heroin to an individual cooperating with the Sussex County Guns, Gangs, and Narcotics Task Force and that the sale occurred within 1,000 feet of St. Joseph’s Elementary School. Jamar Walker, 31, of Paterson, was sentenced to three years drug court probation, 62 days county jail, $1,205 in fines and a six-month loss of driver’s license. He pled guilty on Oct. 22, 2007 to the third-degree crime of possession of cocaine. He admitted to being in possession of a bag of crack cocaine on July 9, 2007 following a motor vehicle stop by Vernon Police Officer Kenneth Kuzicki. Keith F. Kessler, 20, of Hamburg pled guilty to the third-degree crime of possession of a controlled dangerous substance. He admitted to possessing five Xanax tablets in Vernon on June 2, following a motor vehicle stop by Officer Shaun Fitzgerald. Sept. 11 Wendy L. Mittelstadt, 25, of Mt. Arlington, was sentenced to three years probation, 47 days credit for time served in jail, a substance abuse evaluation and treatment, a six-month loss of driver’s license and $1,205 in fines. She pled guilty on July 27 to the third-degree crime of distribution of a controlled dangerous substance. She admitted to distributing cocaine it an undercover A.B.C. Investigator on Feb. 19, while she was working as a dancer at Ray’s Inn in Andover Township. Joseph Aulisi, 40 of Lafayette, was sentenced to two years probation, a substance abuse evaluation and treatment, 30 days SLAP, 100 hours of community service and $3,205 in fines. He pled guilty on June 22, 2009 to two counts of third-degree distribution of a controlled dangerous substance. He admitted to distributing marijuana on two occasions to an individual cooperating with the Sussex County Guns, Gangs and Narcotics Task Force. Sept. 14 Michael R. Scalici, 20, of Vernon, was sentenced to three years drug court probation, 86 days in the county jail, inpatient substance abuse treatment, $2,205 in fines and a six-month loss of driver’s license. He pled guilty on Aug. 4 to two counts of third-degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance. He admitted to possessing small amounts of heroin in Vernon on May 29 and June 22, 2009. The matters were investigated by Vernon Police Officer Shaun Fitzgerald. Christopher Mackerley, 23, of Newton, plead guilty to an indictment charging him with the third-degree charge of terroristic threats. Mackerley admitted to the court that on or about Aug. 1, 2008, he had threatened to assault an adult male during a domestic violence dispute. Jaclyn N. Woudenberg, 18, of MacAfee, pled guilty to one count of fourth-degree unlawful possession of a weapon, one count of third-possession of a controlled dangerous substance and a motor vehicle ticket for speeding. She was found to be in possession of a set of metal knuckles on June 11, 2009 by Vernon Police Officer Charles Reid. On June 22, 2009, she stopped for speeding by Vernon Police Officer Shaun Fitzgerald and was found to be in possession of a small amount of heroin. Dominique Saczawa, 19, of Sparta, pled guilty to the third-degree crime of a possession of a controlled dangerous substance. She admitted to possessing a bag of heroin on June 29, 2008 during the course of a motor vehicle stop by Sparta Police Officer A. Petrucelli. Sept. 15 Theresa Lavin, 24, of Sussex was sentenced to three years probation, 43 days county jail, outpatient substance abuse treatment, $1,305 in fines and a six-month loss of driver’s license. She pled guilty on June 22 to the third-degree crime of possession of a controlled dangerous substance. She admitted to possessing 18 bags of heroin in Sparta on Jan. 22, following a motor vehicle stop by Sparta Police Officer Joseph Antonello. Sept. 16 Ben A. Parichuk, 39, of Phillipsburg, pled guilty to burglary, a third-degree crime. Gustave Schiavo, 43, of Hopatcong, pled guilty to resisting arrest, a third-degree crime. He also pled guilty to two motor vehicle summonses for speeding and failure to stop. Roy W. Teague, 45, formerly of Hopatcong, entered a guilty plea to an accusation charging him with the fourth-degree charge of violating the terms of his Community Supervision For Life and an accusation charging him with the fourth-degree charge of harassment. Teague, a previously convicted sex offender, was ordered by the court to comply with the terms of Community Supervision for Life. Teague admitted to the court that on or about May 7, 2009, he had violated the terms of his Community Supervision for Life by having initiating verbal communication with a minor female. The case was investigated by Parole Officer Ryan Andresen. Teague also admitted that between Dec. 1, 2008 and Dec. 25, 2008, he had sent a harassing letter to an adult female that was sexual in nature. That case was investigated by Sgt. Erik Aronson of the Hamburg Police Department. Kenneth Wittman, 55, formerly of Franklin, entered a guilty plea to an accusation charging him with the fourth-degree charge of criminal trespass. Wittman admitted to the court that on or about July 1, 2009, he had entered the residence of an adult female without permission. The case was investigated by Ptl. G. Cugliari of the Franklin Borough Police Department. Alivia A. Pandorf, 19, of Hopatcong, was sentenced to five years drug court probation, inpatient substance abuse treatment, $1,955 in fines, $846.51 in restitution and a two-year loss of driver’s license. She pled guilty on May 26 to the third-degree crimes of fraudulent use of a credit card, theft and burglary and to the fourth degree crimes of theft and credit card theft. On Oct. 2, 2008 in Hopatcong, she used a stolen ATM debit card to purchase goods at a convenience store. On Jan. 9, 2009, while at Newton Memorial Hospital, she took a prescription pad from one of the doctor’s offices and also took a debit card from a purse from one of the employees of the hospital. On March 10, 2009 in Hopatcong, she broke into a parked vehicle and took a Kohl’s credit card. Christine Levitt, 42, of Montague, pled guilty to the second-degree crime of possession with the intent to distribute more than one-half ounce of cocaine. She admitted to possessing more than one-half ounce of cocaine in Montague on March 27, 2009 that she intended to use for herself and to sell for her own habits. Amanda M. Knight, 22, of Newton, pled guilty to the third-degree crime of distribution of a controlled dangerous substance within 1,000 feet of a school. She admitted to distributing two bags of heroin to an individual cooperating with the Sussex County Guns, Gangs and Narcotics Task Force in the Adam Street parking lot in Newton on Dec. 17, 2008, which is within 1,000 of St. Joseph’s School. Sept. 17 Daniel Mayer, 25, of Fredon, was sentenced to four years in the New Jersey State Prison. He pled guilty on May 26 to conspiracy/escape, a third-degree crime; theft, a fourth-degree crime, and possession of drug paraphernalia, a disorderly persons offense.
