SUSSEX COUNTY PROSECUTOR
May 6 Lindsay M. Massaro, 23, of Frankford, was indicted with first degree aggravated sexual assault, second degree sexual assault, third degree aggravated sexual contact, fourth degree criminal sexual contact, two counts of third degree endangering the welfare of a child. John McKinnon, 57, of Montague was indicted with two counts of fourth degree violation of special sentence, second degree sexual assault, and third degree endangering the welfare of a child. Catherine J. Trajkovic, 43, of Vernon, was indicted with two counts of fourth degree child abuse. May 7 Justin Pease, 27, of Stanhope was sentenced to three years probation on condition that he serve 60 days in the Sussex County Jail. He must also undergo random drug testing, maintain employment, submit a DNA sample and pay $350 in restitution to the victim. He pled guilty on March 22 to third degree conspiracy to commit burglary. In June of 2009, Pease conspired with a co-defendant to break into her parent’s home in Andover and was present when she went into the home without permission. Darren Biccum, 28, of Milford, Penn. was sentenced to three years probation, 60 days SLAP and $1,205 in fines. He pled guilty on March 22 to the third degree crime of possession of cocaine. He admitted to possessing a small amount of cocaine in his home on Dec. 11, 2009 in Montague. Vincent Milazzo, 20, of Wantage was sentenced to three years state prison, $1,580 in fines and a six-month loss of driver’s license. He pled guilty on March 22 to the third degree crime of possession of a controlled dangerous substance, the third degree crime of resisting arrest, the fourth degree crime of attempting to harm a police canine and the disorderly person’s offense of obstruction justice. He admitted to using force to resist arrest and attempting to hurt a state police canine on Jan. 26 in Franklin when the state police attempted to arrest him on an outstanding warrant. He admitted to possessing heroin on Feb. 17, 2009 during the course of a motor vehicle stop by Sparta Police Officer Frank Schomp. He also admitted to interfering with a state police investigation regarding the misconduct of other individuals on July 11, 2009. Lester L. Campbell, 37 of Newton was indicted with first degree attempted murder, third degree aggravated assault, two counts of fourth degree aggravated assault, third degree terroristic threats, third degree obstruction and fourth degree resisting arrest. It is alleged that on Nov. 28, 2009 the defendant purposely and knowingly did attempt to cause the death of Carey Wedekind by punching and choking her multiple times while in Franklin Borough. In addition it is alleged he assaulted police while resisting arrest. The defendant is currently lodged in the Keogh Dwyer Correctional Facility in lieu of the bail established by the Superior Court. Valentino Ianetti, Jr., 60, of Stanhope was indicted with first degree murder and third degree possession of a weapon with unlawful purpose. It is alleged that on Dec. 8, 2009 the defendant purposely and knowingly caused the death of Pamela Ianetti by stabbing her multiple times while in their home in Stanhope. The defendant is currently lodged in the Keogh Dwyer Correctional Facility in lieu of the bail established by the Superior Court. May 10 James Gresham, 20, of Brooklyn, NY, pled guilty to robbery, a second degree crime. Gresham admitted that on June 3, 2009, in the Township of Newton he used force against Jinny Barnett in the course of committing a theft against her. Jacob DeGroat, 19, of Franklin pled guilty to aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer, a third degree crime. Conrad Tell, a 46, formerly of Newton pled guilty to fourth degree possession of a crossbow under circumstances not manifestly appropriate for such lawful uses; third degree aggravated assault and fourth degree contempt; third degree witness tampering and fourth degree contempt. Tell admitted to the court that on or about Oct. 7, 2009, he was in possession of a crossbow during a domestic dispute with an adult female. Tell also admitted that on or about Feb. 15 he assaulted an adult female during a domestic dispute and that at the time of the assault he was in violation of a restraining order that was issued under the Prevention of Domestic Violence Act. Tell also admitted to the court that on or about Feb. 19 he sent a letter to the adult female in violation of a restraining order that was issued under the Prevention of Domestic Violence Act. In that letter, Tell directed the adult female to testify falsely in a matter pending against him. Jason M. Brunell, 30, of Franklin pled guilty to criminal sexual contact, a fourth degree crime. May 14 Ivey L. Tyson, Jr., 33, of Newark, was sentenced to 270 days in jail and four years probation. He must also submit his DNA, obtain employment and pay $3,020.02 restitution. He pled guilty on April 5 to criminal trespass and theft, both crimes of the fourth degree. He admitted that he and another individual entered an empty home in Frankford Township and removed copper piping.
