Tom Connelly, of Pompton Lakes and a member of Team Eastern - a running club in Sussex County, is officially an Ironman. He completed the full Mont Tremblant Ironman in Quebec, Canada on Aug. 17. The race consisted of a 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike ride and a 26.2 mile run.
