Hornyak finished third for Stockton track and field

Randi Lyn Hornyak (Wallkill Valley High School) was a competitor in throwing events for the Stockton University women’s track and field program in 2019. Hornyak finished in third place in the shot put at the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) Championships, hosted by Stockton.

The Ospreys placed third in the team scoring at the NJAC Championships.

Ryan Gebhardt (Wallkill Valley High School) was a junior competitor in throwing events for the Rowan University men’s track and field team this year. Gebhardt placed sixth in the javelin throw at the Danny Curran Invitational hosted by Widener University in Chester, Pennsylvania.

The Profs won the team title at the Danny Curran Invitational. Rowan also won the New Jersey Athletic Conference Championships team championship hosted by Stockton University in Galloway.

Cole Genneken (Vernon High School) was a freshman who played attack for the Albright College men’s lacrosse team this year. Genneken competed in all 14 games and started in 13 of them for Albright. He had 15 goals and three assists.

The Lions had one win on the season, which was earned at home in Middle Atlantic Conference Commonwealth Division action.

Dylan Harlos (Wallkill Valley High School) was a freshman for the Albright College baseball squad this past season. Harlos appeared in three games and had two hits, scored two runs and had an RBI.

The Lions had 10 overall victories, with four occurring on their home field. In the Middle Atlantic Conference Commonwealth Division they had five wins.

Dave Blank (Vernon High School) was a senior member of the DeSales University (Center Valley, Pennsylvania) men’s golf team in 2019. Blank had an 18-hole average of 88.17 and a low round of 82 this past season.

The Bulldogs finished in fifth place at the Middle Atlantic Conference Freedom Division Championships at Mountain Laurel Golf Club in White Haven, Pa.

Nick Boyle (Wallkill Valley High School) was a middle distance runner for the DeSales University men’s track and field program. Boyle had his team’s third best time all season in the 5,000 run and fourth best time all season in the 10,000 for DeSales.

The Bulldogs placed fourth in the team scoring at the Middle Atlantic Conference Outdoor Championships in Chester, Pa.
