Sonnema honored at Veterinary Center Awards Banquet

Michalle Sonnema of Vernon was recently honored at the Oklahoma State University Center for Veterinary Health Sciences’ annual awards banquet celebrating the achievements of veterinary students, faculty and staff. Dr. Jerry Malayer of the OSU veterinary center presented Sonnema with her scholarship that evening. Sonnema received the $500 Elizabeth Ann Cochran Memorial Endowed Scholarship and one of 12 $1,500 Salsbury scholarships. The Salsbury Scholarships are given in recognition of her high academic achievement and leadership skills.
