Scouts navigate the upper Delaware River

In a six-day outing this past summer Boy Scouts and their leaders from Troop 97 in Sussex-Wantage canoed through two national parks, down 72 miles of the Delaware River from Callicoon, N.Y., to Bushkill Pa.
