New VP at college

Newton — Frank P. Nocella, CPA, is the new vice president of finance and operations at Sussex County Community College. Nocella was formerly group vice president of finance and administration/CFO at the International Paper Company in New York, N.Y. He received his bachelor’s in accounting from Farleigh Dickinson University and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York and New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants. At SCCC, Nocella will be the chief financial, business and administrative officer. He will be responsible for all business function including the book store, food service, facilities/grounds, and custodial and security services.
