New president appointed to bank

FRANKLIN — Anthony Labozzetta was recently appointed to serve as president and CEO of Sussex Bancorp and its SussexBank subsidiary. Labozzetta is a seasoned banking executive with more than 24 years of experience in the Northern New Jersey marketplace, formerly serving as executive vice president of the Mid-Atlantic Division of TD Bank. He joined TD Bank when its parent company acquired Interchange Financial Services Corporation. He served as senior executive vice president and COO of Interchange and was an integral part of the executive team that more then tripled the size of the company to over $1.6 billion in assets through organic growth and acquisitions. Labozzetta also served as the CFO of Palisade Savings Bank and began his financial career at Deloitte & Touche, where he rose to the position of senior manager. A non-practicing CPA, Labozzetta is active in both professional and community organizations, including the New Jersey Bankers Association, Oasis -- A Haven for Women and Children, and the Bergen Community Blood Services Foundation.
