Scouts earn Arrow of Light

FRANKLIN — Cub Scout Leader Mark Postas takes pride in his Webelos scouts as they celebrate earning their Arrow of Light, the highest award to be earned in Cub Scouts.
The boys crossed over to join the Boy Scouts later in the month.
Earning the award were scouts Jacob Banfield, Tyler Kolmer, Devon Malone and Giorgio Maskonas.
