New thrift shop to open in Jefferson

JEFFERSON — The New Hope Thrift Shop is located in the historic church building of the Milton United Methodist Church at 316 Dover-Milton Road in Jefferson Township.

It's purpose is to serve the local communities while supporting the missions of the church. New and gently used items are for sale include seasonal adult and children's clothing, household goods, small appliances, shoes, toys, books, small furniture and accessories.

The shop is open Wednesdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Thursdays, from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m, and Saturdays 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Donations also will be accepted at these times.
