Local teams to compete at Skylands

AUGUSTA — The Skylands Stadium Summer Kickoff event is happening Saturday, June 14 and Sunday June 15.

The Father's Day weekend of baseball includes local junior division teams playing their final home games here.

Teams scheduled to play are the Sparta Little League, Kittatinny Little League, Sussex Wantage Little League, Frankford Branchville Little League, Walkill Valley Little League, and the Newton/Lackawanna Little League.

Game times are 9:30 a.m., 1:30 p.m., and 5:30 p.m. each day.

Tickets are free and concession stands will be open for business.

Skylands Stadium features some new additions and expanded facilities.
