Library plans S.T.E.A.M. program

FRANKLIN — Budding scientists and engineers in grades two and up are invited to the Franklin Branch on Thursday, Nov. 17 at 4:30 p.m. to engineer and experiment their way through a classic tale.
Fairy Tale S.T.E.A.M. (science, technology, engineering, arts and math) encourages children to look at stories in a whole new way.
