Libraries seeking teen volunteers
SUSSEX COUNTY. The summer reading program, ‘Color Our World.’ begins June 26.

The Sussex County Library System is seeking teen volunteers, ages 14-18, to assist with the summer reading program, “Color Our World.”
Teens looking for service hours may apply online at sussexcountylibrary.org/volunteer or at their local library branch.
The volunteer application, along with a supplemental medical note and parent consent form, are due no later than June 14.
Applicants also must attend a Teen Volunteer Orientation at their local branch. Information about the orientations is available at Sussexcountylibrary.org/events
The summer reading program kicks off June 26 with special events at each library branch. It runs through July 26.
In addition to volunteering, teens may participate in the summer reading program by reading books, earning raffle tickets and entering to win prizes.
