OAK RIDGE — Thomas J. Shara, president and CEO of Lakeland Bank recently announced the following officer promotions:

Eileen Diehl to vice president – branch manager. Diehl joined the former National Bank of Sussex County in November 1988 as a teller. She advanced within retail banking and was promoted to assistant branch manager in May 1993 and to assistant vice president - branch manager in October 1998. A member of the Branchville Rotary and the Branchville, Frankford, Lafayette Chamber of Commerce Council, she serves as treasurer for the Homestead Life Enrichment Association and Branchville Unit Salvation Army. Diehl manages the Branchville Office and resides in Vernon.

Patrick Lasslett to vice president – branch manager. Lasslett joined Lakeland Bank in October 2003 as an assistant treasurer – branch manager of the Andover Office. Lasslett serves on the Sparta Economic Development Committee. Recently awarded Lakeland Bank’s President Leadership Club award, he manages the Sparta Downtown and Sparta offices.

Deborah Parker to vice president – branch manager. Parker joined Lakeland Bank in October 2001 as an assistant vice president – branch manager. She is a member of the Hampton Chamber of Commerce and the Center for Prevention. She manages the Hampton Office and is a resident of Wantage.

Kenneth Partyka to vice president – branch manager. Partyka joined the Bank in October 2003 as an assistant vice president – branch manager in the Hackensack Office.

Hannah Shea-Nomer to vice president – branch manager. Shea-Nomer joined Lakeland Bank in April 2001 as an assistant branch manager of the Pompton Plains Office. She was promoted to assistant treasurer – branch manager of the Cedar Crest Office in May 2006 and to assistant vice president – branch manager in Jan. 2009. A recent recipient of the Lakeland Bank President Leadership Club Award, she manages the Cedar Crest and Woodland Commons Offices. Shea-Nomer resides in Vernon Township.

Matt Diamond to assistant vice president – commercial lending, Wyckoff. Diamond joined Lakeland Bank in June 2006 as a credit analyst trainee in the credit administration department.

Helen Nieves to assistant vice president – branch manager. Nieves joined Lakeland Bank in October 2006 as an assistant treasurer – branch manager of the Andover and Bristol Glenn Offices. Prior to joining the Bank, she worked for Wachovia Bank as a licensed financial specialist. A graduate of Florida International University, Nieves is a member of the Andover/Byram Chamber of Commerce.

Bette Schaumburg to assistant vice president – branch manager. Schaumburg joined the former NBSC in January 1989 as a part-time teller. She advanced within retail banking and was promoted in 2000 to assistant branch manager of the Branchville office. In December 2002 she was promoted to assistant treasurer – branch manager of the Stillwater Office. A former treasurer of Soroptimist International, Schaumburg resides in Fredon Township.

Margaret Laquidara to vice president – investment representative. Laquidara joined Lakeland Bank in March 2010 as an assistant vice president – investment representative for the Bergen County territory.

Timothy Matteson to executive vice president – general counsel. Matteson joined Lakeland Bank in September 2008 as senior vice president – general counsel. In May 2011, he was appointed corporate secretary for the Board of Directors and is chairman of the bank’s Enterprise Risk Management Committee. Matteson resides in Tenafly.
