Jefferson looking for vendors

    Jefferson Township is looking for vendors for the 29th annual Jefferson Township Day on Saturday, July 11, at the Jefferson Township High School Fields.

    The event time will be from 11 a.m. until 6 p.m. with set-up taking place from 7:30-10:30 a.m.

    Booth fees are: $10 plus a $50 deposit for a non-profit not selling items; $30 plus $50 deposit for a non-profit in Jefferson selling items; $25 plus $50 deposit for an out-of-town non-profit not selling items and $50 for a non-profit from out of town that is selling items; and $75 for merchandise vendors.

    There will be an additional $40 fee for limited spaces with electricity. Non-profit groups are limited to one space and booth sizes are 16x12 feet deep.

    Applications must be received by June and are available at www.jeffersonarts.org by clicking on the “Registration Forms” link.

    It is the intent of the Jefferson Arts Commission to limit the sale of like items, and preference is given to those vendors, who have participated in the past. If any items are sold other than those that have been approved, the JAC has the right to close down the vendor with no refund.
