Grammy's Chocolate and Fudge opens in Hardyston
HARDYSTON — Grammy's Chocolate and Fudge Parlor Is a wonderland of luscious treats and aromas.
Owner and chocolatier, Pat Halligan, never compromising on ingredients or methods, ensures her customers the very highest quality, consistency and flavor in all her handmade specialties.
"We are a second generation candy business with our roots going back to a Hoboken New Jersey candy shop run by my grandmother (Nanny) during the Depression era. We followed in Nanny's footsteps by opening Grammy's Chocolate and Fudge Parlor in Augusta in December of 2011 and named it in honor of my Mother "Grammy" which is the name my children called her. A few years later we moved our family to Milford, Pa., and took the business with us.
Missing New Jersey, we closed the PA location and recently opened Grammy's Chocolate and Fudge Parlor at 3206 Route 94 in Hardyston New Jersey.
"Today with the help of my family, we continue the tradition of combining quality ingredients with time-tested recipes from 3 generations to satisfy your cravings for homemade melt-in-your-mouth chocolate treats.
"Our line of confections include fresh fruits, nuts, caramels and creams. All are handmade in small batches using only the finest ingredients — 100 percent pure creamery butter, pure cane sugar, the finest of pure and artificial flavorings, syrups and purees as well as top-of-the-line milk and dark chocolate. Also made fresh with superior ingredients, you will find the smoothest, creamiest fudge ever! We have a wide variety to sample making this a true customer favorite.
