FRANKLIN — The 93rd annual Sussex County Fireman's parade was held Oct. 5 in Franklin.
Step off was at 1 p.m.
Franklin also celebrated its 100th year anniversary as a town. Walt Webb and former borough mayor Bill Hodas were parade marshals. They held the reverse hose-laying contest and ended with award presentations.
The Beemerville Fire Department was awarded first place for new truck 643 and antique truck. Auxiliary won 3rd place for marching. Wantage EMS took first place for truck.
