The New Jersey Food & Wine Festival is just around the corner. In preparation for the jam-packed weekend at Crystal Springs next week, we’ve prepared a list of the top 5 events we’re looking forward to most.

1. Wine Cellar Dinner: Friday, 3/31 at 7 p.m.
Savor an exquisite 6-course dinner alongside the event’s guest of honor Chef Daniel Boulud. This elegant evening is set in the breathtakeing wine cellar, and is complete with rare, vintage wines. As an added bonus, overnight accommodations at the Grand Cascades Lodge, a signed copy of Boulud’s book, and tickets to The Krug Champagne reception are all included in the cost of this can’t-miss event.

2. The Art of Fresh Pasta: Saturday, 4/1 at 12 p.m.
Four top chefs demonstrate their pasta-making techniques for ticketholders. On top of being able to learn a thing or two about how to make incredible fresh pasta, you also get the opportunity to sample the dishes prepared by the chefs—which are complete with a wine pairing.

3. The Daniel Boulud Fois Gras Challenge: Saturday, 4/1 at 1 p.m.
Things are about to get heated. Four top chefs will be participating in the Fois Gras challenge, each contending to prepare the best Fois Gras dish. Master Chef Daniel Boulud will be the judge. Ticketholders get the unique opportunity to experience this competition from the sidelines, as though they’re in the audience of the latest Food Network cooking competition show.

4. Meet the Chefs and Winemakers After Party: Saturday, 4/1 at 10 p.m.
Put on your favorite tie or party dress and get ready for the biggest fête of the weekend. Happening at Crystal Springs’ awe-inspiring tropical biosphere, attendees get the unique opportunity to dance, wine, and dine alongside the festival’s top-tier chefs and sommeliers. Complete with a DJ, a late-night buffet prepared by the finest chefs in the culinary scene, and an open bar, this is a can’t-miss event.

5. Champagne Brunch: Sunday, 4/2 at 10 a.m.
