WANTAGE — The Chinkchewunska Chapter Daughters of the American Revolution held their Christmas in July in Wantage on July 25-27.
Tours were given of the house, Privy, wagon house, barn and ice house with a milk room attached. The Dutch Colonial home was built in 1787.
The first-floor stabilization project was completed with funds raised from the Christmas in July events.
The next project will be to have the outside of the house painted. Activities over the weekend included attic treasures, demonstrations, silent auction, crafters and re-enactors.
