Cut-A-Thon planned for toddler with leukemia

FRANKLIN — The "Cut-A-Thon for Baby Karter," a benefit for Karter Burns, 2, a Sussex County resident who was recently diagnosed with ALL B-cell leukemia, will be held on Sunday, Feb. 22, from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. a Rumours II Hair Salon.

Karter is currently receiving chemotherapy treatments at St. Joseph's Hospital, and will be doing so for the next few years.
