FRANKLIN — Franklin's Pack 90 Cub Scouts held its annual Pinewood Derby race early February.
Cub Scouts from Tiger through Webelo hand carved and painted their cars from a block of pine wood. Some scouts went for speed while others got creative to earn best looking. They all must weigh the exact same amount.
This year's fastest car went to Bear Scout Jason Hetman. The winner for most creative went to Aidan Ehlberg. Best Scout theme was earned by Joe Majewski.
