FRANKLIN — Pack 90 Cub Scouts celebrated Mother's Day with a spring tea party.
The boys served their moms and grandmothers tea and desserts while dads worked behind the scenes in the kitchen. The scouts then hand painted tote bags with their moms.
A raffle of hanging baskets of flowers finished the day off.
