'Beauty and the Beast' at WVRHS

HAMBURG After hundreds of hours of rehearsal, dance practices, orchestra rehearsals, set design and construction, the Wallkill Valley drama department will raise the curtain on their production of Beauty and the Beast.
Performances will be Friday, March 9 at 7:30 p.m., Saturday, March 10 at 2 and 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, March 11 at 3 p.m. in the high school auditorium, on Grumm Road.
On Sunday, a Character Tea Party begins at 1 p.m. before the show. Tickets to the tea include the performance that afternoon, hot chocolate, coffee, tea, juice, cookies and snacks with the characters who will visit and sign autographs.
