It's a wrap

Armed with garbage bags and gloves, Girl Scouts from Troop 897 and Boy Scouts from Troop 90 in Franklin recently cleaned up a dozen roads in their town. Cub scouts and citizens from town helped out, and halfway through the work, Mayor Paul Crowley met the group to collect full bags of trash.
