‘Hospice nurse of the year'

Beth Sylvester, left, a registered nurse with Karen Ann Quinlan Hospice, won the “Hospice Nurse of the Year” award at the New Jersey Hospice and Palliative Care Organization’s 30th annual conference and awards celebration. Her award was presented to her by Anne Boyle, chairperson of the board, New Jersey Hospice and Palliative Care Organization and director of the Hunterdon Hospice in Flemington, during the group’s recent dinner and conference.
