Hands-on learning

Franklin School’s third-graders recently visited the Weis Ecology Center in Ringwood. With the guidance of park volunteers, students of teachers Connie Domicolo, Diane Veldran, Alison Hendershot and Karen Crosby were able to study aquatic and woodland wildlife. They took nature hikes and had plenty of hands-on learning activities.
