Hamburg Police
May 30 At 4:39 p.m., Hamburg Police were dispatched to a report of people walking on top of the Plastoid Building on Gingerbread Castle Road, which is vacant and closed to the public. The investigation led to the arrest of Curt J. Ezzo, 25, of Branchville and Jarett P. Decesare, 27, of Hamburg, for trespassing. Both were transported to the Hamburg Police Station, where they were charged with criminal trespass, a disorderly person's offense and released pending an appearance in the Hamburg Municipal Court later this month. In addition, Ezzo was found to have outstanding warrants from the Hardyston and Newark Municipal courts, and posted $178 bail. Patrolman Erik Aronson investigated the incident, and was assisted by Patrolmen Nick Calandra and Rob Yetter of the Hardyston Police Department.
