Two arrested after domestic dispute On Thursday, Nov. 19, 2009 at 10:09 p.m., Hamburg Police responded to a borough residence for a domestic dispute in progress. After arrival at scene, Thomas R. Rielley, 39, of Hamburg, and Anna C, Maloney, 45, also of Hamburg, were arrested after it was learned they assaulted each other. Both parties were taken to the Hamburg Police Station, where they were charged with simple assault and harassment under the Prevention of Domestic Violence Act. Both were released on their own recognizance pending an appearance in the Hamburg Municipal Court on Dec. 1, 2009. Patrolman David McNulty investigated the incident.
