Greetings from the Graveyard II road rally to benefit scholarship fund

BYRAM — The Sussex County Branch of American Association of University Women will host the “Greetings from the Graveyard II” road rally on Sunday, Oct. 19 beginning at 11 a.m. Registration is open to everyone and costs $25 per car. The first car takes off at 12 noon in front of McDonald’s on Route 206 in Byram. The route is approximately 60 miles long and will end at Applebee’s in Newton. The rally will take participants along scenic roads in the county, looking for scenes of cemeteries, as well as answering fun Halloween questions. Interspersed though out the instructions will be course-following “traps,” designed to send cars off course. Self-correcting instructions are included.
