Franklin — Taking advantage of the mild weather Saturday, Brigid Block played the part of Lady Liberty on the side of Route 517 in Franklin to promote the newest location of a Liberty Tax Service office. “We opened Jan. 8 and will be open seven days a week through tax season,” said Block who is also the receptionist. The office, located in Unit 5, at 190 Munsonhurst Road, will be open all year but with reduced hours after tax season.
