Free dance classes at Dream Xtreme
Franklin Dream Xtreme Dance will celebrate National Dance Day on Saturday, July 31, by hosting a special day of free dance classes. The objective of Dance Day is to generate national awareness for dance, a medium of expression and storytelling. The day is intended to promote health and wellness nationwide. All are welcome, regardless of age or ability level. Danielle Morgenroth, owner of the studio, will teach three classes: Adult Groove at 9 a.m., a beginner adult jazz class; a jazz funk/hip hop class for ages 7 to 9 at 10 a.m.; and a teen hip hop class at 11 a.m. Jessica Martin will teach a jazz funk/hip hop class for ages 10 to 12 at 11 a.m. Dawn Klein will teach a ballet/tap class at 9 a.m. for ages 3 to 4 and a Kidzgroove class at 10 a.m. for children ages 5 to 6. There will also be a raffle for a free month of dance classes, as well as contests and give-a-ways. The studio is located at 100 Route 23, in Franklin.
