Free bankruptcy seminar scheduled

Sussex — Project Self-Sufficiency will sponsor a free seminar about issues related to bankruptcy at the Sussex Middle School, on Wednesday, May 26, from 7 to 9 p.m. “Bankruptcy: Get a Fresh Start” will provide an overview of the process for filing for bankruptcy, as well as the options available to those who may be overwhelmed with credit card debt, facing foreclosure or experiencing asset repossession. The presentation, which will be facilitated by Michael Nelms, Esq., is open to the public and advance registration is required.
