    Nov. 28 At approximately l:4l a.m., Patrolman Seamus Geddis and Patrolman Greg Cugliari responded to a residence in Franklin Borough for a domestic disturbance. Further investigation led to the arrest of 36-year-old Lester B. Campbell for aggravated assault, terroristic threats, two counts of aggravated assault on police, resisting arrest, obstruction of justice, disorderly conduct as well as possession of a controlled dangerous substance and drug paraphernalia. Campbell was processed and transported to the Sussex County Jail in lieu of $103,000, pending a court date in Franklin Municipal Court. Dec. 11 At approximately 153 p.m., Franklin Police arrested 24-year-old Edwin Garcia-Mahlon of Sussex on an outstanding $1,000 warrant out of Franklin Borough and a $10,455 warrant out of Warren County. After being processed, Mahlon was turned over to the Warren County Sheriff’s Department. Officer Rafael Burgos investigated and was assisted by Sgt. Frank Garrera. Dec. 14. Officer Ryan Churchwell of the Franklin Police Department conducted an investigation into an assault that occurred on Dec. 8, at the Franklin Elementary School in which a juvenile suffered a fractured leg. Investigation resulted in a 14-yeara-old Franklin juvenile being charged as a juvenile delinquent with third-degree aggravated assault. The juvenile was subsequently processed and released to their legal guardian pending a court date in Superior Court — family division.
