Dancing to the fitness beat

Active Adults Day is held once a month at the Sussex County YMCA. Last week, area seniors were treated to a morning of country line dancing, swimming, wellness coaching, low impact cardio/toning, topped off by a pot-luck lunch with special guest speaker Alex Everitt of the Sussex County Historical Society. The YMCA’s next Active Adults Day is Oct. 1 with an Oktoberfest theme and a special guest speaker who is a breast cancer survivor.
