Correction

Franklin — In a page one story last week about the new contract for Police Chief Joseph Kistle, we reported that he had completed the final year of a three-year contract in 2009. But Mayor Paul Crowley pointed out that was incorrect. The previous contract had no time frame. The new contract however, as we reported, is for a two-year duration.
