Cleaning up

Earth Day cleanups were held on successive Saturdays by Friends of Lake Neepaulin. Nine adults and four youngsters collected roadside litter on a number of area streets and removed trash and garbage from several vacant lots, which they took to county’s waste station in Lafayette. The cleanups were supported by Wantage Township’s Clean Communities program under the direction of Ken Karnas. All money raised goes toward the rehabilitation of Lake Neepaulin Dam.
