Mayor James Sekelsky presents a certificate proclaiming Emily Slockbower Senior Citizen of the year in Ogdensburg for 2009 during Older Americans month in May. She is active in the Salvation Army and is a 42-year life member of Sgt. Francis M. Glynn Unit 132 American Legion Auxiliary. She is also a parishioner of St. Thomas of Aquin in Ogdensburg.
