More than 200 law enforcement motorcycle enthusiasts from the Blue Knights will join the Ogdensburg Fire Department for a 30-mile trek across the roads of Sussex County on New Year's Day to support terminally ill patients and their families throughout Sussex and Warren counties in New Jersey, and Pike County in Pennsylvania at the annual Chilly-Chili Run. The tradition, which began in 1974 and benefits the Karen Ann Quinlan Hospice, concludes with an abundance of chili and camaraderie at the Ogdensburg Fire Department. Registration begins 9 a.m., Jan. 1, at the Ogdensburg Fire Department. Riders depart at 11 a.m. Cost per participant is $20. A 2004 Fat Boy Harley Davidson Motorcycle will auctioned to raise funds for the hospice. For information, call the Karen Ann Quinlan Hospice, 383-0115.
