Child support issues subject of seminar

    Newton — Project Self-Sufficiency of Sussex County and Domestic Abuse Services Inc. will offer a legal seminar to discuss issues surrounding child support. The free seminar will be held from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 15, on the first floor at the project's career center located at 61 Spring Street in Newton. Registration is required. Attorney Elizabeth Calandrillo and probation officer Debbie Reed will facilitate the seminar. To register, call 973-383-5129. Specific topics to be addressed include the initiation and enforcement of a child support order, and the collection of child support when the responsible party lives out of state. There will be time for questions from the audience.
