Chance to win Mercedes at charity event

NEWTON — Among the many highlights of An Evening of Wine & Roses, on March 25, is the opportunity to win a new luxury sedan, which this year is the Mercedes E350C. In exchange for a $1,000 donation to the Newton Memorial Hospital Foundation, participants at Wine & Roses will compete with 100 others for the chance to win the Mercedes, which is valued at approximately $50,000. The proceeds will benefit the foundation’s 2010 Annual Giving Program which supports capital equipment, technology, programs and services at Newton Memorial Hospital. Tickets cost $125 per person; VIP-room tickets are $200 per person or $350 per couple.
