As health care continues to be one of the most talked about issues today, I hope that consumers are not being misled by some of the myths that have been circulating. Like the myth that health care reform means a government takeover — here are the facts: Health care reform means guaranteeing all Americans a choice of dependable, affordable health insurance plans and preserving our choice of doctors. I urge all New Jerseyans to beware of the health care myths that we are all hearing these days. If you want the facts, go to the non-partisan source you can trust. Throughout this debate, AARP will help you separate fact from fiction and help you consider what health care reform means for you and your families.
