5-K race at Swartswood State Park

Paces for Prevention will sponsor a 5-K race on Sunday, Sept. 14, starting at 10 a.m., in Swartswood State Park, Route 619 in Newton. The event will feature live music, home-baked goods, T-shirts and goodie bags. The registration closing date is Friday, Sept. 12.
