Chance Tempe, Matthew Riedl, Alexandria Staple-Riker and Joseph Gubernard show off the collection of items gathered by students at the Hamburg School, which recently celebrated 100 days of school in a giving way. Students were asked to bring in items that cost 100 pennies, which would be donated to the Sparta Ecumenical Food Pantry showing 100 Ways to Show We Care.’ Items such as soap, shampoo facial tissues and plastic wrap were donated and will be distributed to local families in need. Hamburg School is also accepting coupons that will be donated to Coupons for the Community, a program that helps stretch the value of private donations for members of local communities. Coupons can be dropped off at the main office of Hamburg School.
