West Milford soldier receives new rank

LATHAM, N.Y. — Maj. Gen. Joseph J. Taluto, the adjutant general for the State of New York, announced the promotion of Chad Clark from West Milford, to the rank of captain. Clark is serving with H&S Co., 204 Engr Battalion, in the New York Army National Guard. Army National Guard promotions are based on overall performance, attitude, leadership ability and development potential.
