Scholarship recipient

Laura Gundlach, of Sparta, and daughter of Loretta Gundlach, an associate of the Newton ShopRite, was the recipient of the Ronetco Distinguished Achievement Award, a $2,000 scholarship. A senior at Rowan University, Laura is studying Health Promotion and Fitness Management and is an active member of StudentCare, an organization devoted to helping students on campus with addictions. Twelve scholarships totaling $18,000 were awarded to associates or dependents of associates from the seven ShopRite supermarkets and corporate headquarters located in Ledgewood.
